Projects and the 200 Club

S.C.A.A. is currently engaged in two Projects.

The first is to consolidate our position at the Hazlewick School in Crawley so that County Matches and Tournaments can be hosted there as conveniently as possible. This objective has been significantly helped by  a generous donation by Towncross Engineering of Bognor Regis which has enabled S.C.A.A to purchase and locate two shipping containers in the school grounds, which is not only excellent for events on site, is also conveniently close to the K2 Centre where the Indoor Championships are held.

The second Project is a long-term objective to provide a dedicated Archery facility in Sussex

Following the Committee’s decision to begin raising funds, Bob Darling volunteered to run a 200 Club for the County.

The concept of a 200 Club is well-known and quite straightforward. Members of the Club pay £2 per month to be entered into a draw with three cash prizes amounting to 50% of the entry fees. The remaining 50% of the entry fees will be deposited in a savings account, ring-fenced for the sole purpose of raising funds towards the purchase of a permanent home for Sussex archery.

Anyone aged 16 or over can join the 200 Club. If you would like to sign up, please print this form and send it with your cheque to Bob, who will enter you in the first draw after he receives the payment.
