Archery coaching in Sussex is organised by The Martlets Guild.

The Guild is responsible for the ongoing development of archery coaching skills in Sussex. To this end, it organises courses and seminars for both existing and aspiring coaches throughout the year. The Guild also organises winter coaching workshops for archers wishing to improve. Its members also assist other organisations, such as Scouts and Guides, to organise archery events.

All members of The Guild are registered as coaches with Archery GB. Its administrator, the County Coaching Organiser (CCO), represents The Guild on the Sussex CAA committee.
