The Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on Sunday 25th January 2009 at 2.30 p.m. at Holbrook Sports Club, North Heath Lane, Horsham.

The Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on Sunday 25th January 2009 at 2.30 p.m. at Holbrook Sports Club, North Heath Lane, Horsham.

It would be appreciated if each club could make representation.

Election of Officers

In accordance with the Constitution, one half of the Executive Committee shall retire at the Annual General Meeting, with the exception of the CCO, who will be elected by The Martlets Guild.

This year Doreen Cannon (Secretary), Les Booth (Treasurer), Terry Schollar (Albion League Secretary) and Terry Maskell (Records Officer) retire by rotation. They are prepared to be re-nominated. The rest of the Committee are also prepared to stand again.

Nominations are required for the vacant positions of:

• Committee Member
• Public Relations Officer
• SCAS Representative

Nominations for election to the Committee for all posts should be submitted to the General Secretary at least 30 days before the date of the Annual General Meeting. All candidates must be nominated and seconded by representative and/or individual members. The nominations must accompany statements signed by the nominees, accepting responsibility for the offices should they be elected.
