To submit a Target Archery Record Claim, download a form ( Excel ) or ( pdf ) and return it to the County Records Officer with either a copy of the signed score sheet or, for Open records, a copy of the tournament results.

To submit a Field Archery Record Claim to the County Field Records Officer,
use either this Excel form or this pdf form

To submit a Clout Record Claim download a claim form ( Excel) or ( pdf ) and return it to the County Records Officer with either a copy of the signed score sheet or, for Open records, a copy of the tournament results.
